LET’S KEEP YOU MOVING
A little help
along the way.
Questions about a fill-up, your account, or something that isn’t working? We’re here to help.
Why isn’t my average consumption showing yet?
Consumption needs a complete interval between two full-tank entries. Log at least two full fills with increasing odometer readings. Any partial fills between them are included. If you flag a missed fill-up, that interval is excluded.
I made a mistake in a fuel entry. Can I fix it?
Open the entry from History to edit or delete it. Check the date, odometer, liters, total, and full-tank status. Changes are used in subsequent calculations.
My records aren’t syncing. What should I check?
Check your internet connection and make sure you’re signed in to the same Google account. Offline changes may still be waiting for a connection. Avoid clearing app data while you have unsynced changes. If the problem continues, contact support with your device model, OS version, and app version.
Can I use Fuellow without signing in?
Yes. Choose “Continue as guest” on the welcome screen. Guest records stay with the app on that device and do not sync to other devices. To keep them and sync them, open Settings (the gear icon on the Summary or Garage screen) and choose “Sign in with Google”. Your guest vehicles and fuel entries move to your Google account. Uninstalling the app or clearing its data as a guest means losing access to those records.
Can I track more than one vehicle?
Yes. Add cars or motorcycles to your Garage, then choose the active vehicle. Each vehicle keeps its own fuel entries and calculations.
Can I switch consumption units?
Yes. Fuellow supports L/100 km and km/L. Change the consumption unit in the app’s preferences.
Are service expenses and receipt scanning available?
Not in the current version. Fuellow currently focuses on fuel tracking. Other expenses, maintenance records, reminders, receipt scanning, and CSV export are planned features.
How do I close my account?
Open Settings (the gear icon on the Summary or Garage screen) and choose “Delete account” (or “Delete all data” as a guest). You can also use the account deletion page to request deletion of your Fuellow account and associated records. Uninstalling the app or signing out does not remove cloud data.
