1. About these terms

These terms govern your use of the Fuellow mobile app and website provided by Fuellow (“Fuellow”, “we”, “us”). By using the service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Fuellow is a personal fuel tracking tool. The current app supports vehicle management, fuel logging, consumption calculations, history, reports, and account-based cloud synchronization. Features may differ by version or platform. Planned features are not a promise of future availability.

You must be at least 13 years old, or the higher age required by applicable law, and legally able to agree to these terms. If you are a minor, a parent or guardian must agree where required by law.

2. Your account

You can use the app as a guest or sign in with Google. Guest records are tied to the app on your device: they do not sync to other devices and cannot be recovered if you uninstall the app or clear its data before signing in. Signing in with Google lets you keep your records and sync them across devices.

Keep your Google account and devices secure. You are responsible for activity you authorize through your account. Contact [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access.

Your use of Google and app marketplaces is also subject to their applicable terms. We do not receive your Google password. Signing out or uninstalling Fuellow does not delete your cloud records.

3. Your records and calculated results

You retain rights to the information you enter. You give us permission to store, process, and display it only as needed to operate the service, provide support, and fulfill legal obligations, as explained in our privacy policy.

You are responsible for the accuracy of your entries and for having the right to provide them. Fuel consumption and spending figures depend on the records you enter. Partial fills, missing entries, odometer errors, and rounding can affect the results.

Fuellow does not provide financial, tax, mechanical, or safety advice. It does not measure your vehicle’s fuel level or diagnose vehicle conditions. Use original receipts and appropriate professional guidance where necessary. Only interact with the app when it is safe to do so.

Cloud synchronization requires a connection. Offline changes may remain pending until connectivity returns. Keep independent copies of information that is essential to you.

4. Acceptable use

You may use Fuellow for lawful personal record keeping. You must not attempt to access another user’s records, bypass security controls, disrupt the service, distribute malicious code, infringe another person’s rights, or misuse the service for unlawful purposes.

The Fuellow name, branding, design, and software belong to their respective owners. These terms grant you a limited, non-exclusive right to use the app for its intended purpose. They do not transfer ownership of the software or branding.

5. Availability and changes

We may improve, change, or discontinue features or the service. Maintenance, connectivity issues, and third-party service outages can affect availability. We do not guarantee continuous access or that every device or operating system will remain supported.

Any future paid features or subscriptions will have their pricing and payment terms disclosed before purchase. These terms do not create a subscription or recurring payment obligation.

We may restrict an account where reasonably necessary to address misuse, protect security, or comply with law. Where appropriate and legally required, we will provide notice and a way to contact us.

6. Disclaimers and responsibility

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without guarantees of uninterrupted operation, complete accuracy, or suitability for a particular purpose.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, or losses arising from inaccurate entries, interruptions outside our reasonable control, or misuse of the service. We do not exclude or limit liability where doing so would be unlawful, including for fraud or intentional misconduct, or any mandatory consumer rights.

Nothing in these terms removes protections or remedies you have under applicable consumer or data protection law.

7. Leaving Fuellow

You may stop using the app at any time. You can delete individual fuel entries and vehicles in the app, or request deletion of your account and associated information through the account deletion page. Data handling and retention are explained in our privacy policy.

8. Updates and disputes

We may update these terms as the service changes. Updated terms will be posted with a revised date, and material changes will be communicated where required by law. If you do not agree with updated terms, you may stop using the service and request deletion of your account.

If an issue arises, contact us first so we can try to resolve it. These terms do not prevent you from exercising mandatory rights or bringing a claim in a court that has jurisdiction under applicable law.

9. Contact

Questions about these terms can be sent to Fuellow at [email protected].
